a colleague has LIGHT BLUE text, on a GREY field, for her Row and Column

Has someone been playing with the windows display settings???
Rightclick on an empty spot on the windows desktop Properties|appearance tab (note what the current option is: I use Windows Standard (win98).) Change it to something legible.
