Default header colour

a colleague has LIGHT BLUE text, on a GREY field, for her Row and Column
Headers!
how can this be ?!? - very difficult to read.

Has someone been playing with the windows display settings???

Rightclick on an empty spot on the windows desktop
Properties|appearance tab
(note what the current option is: I use Windows Standard (win98).)
Change it to something legible.

Ok your way out and double check it in excel.
