How do you sum minutes when some of the values summed are greater than 10000
minutes? Actually I get [mm]:ss to calculate values to 00:6666:60. |

I think 10000 is the limit. You could convert your minutes from time
format to decimal minutes, as follows: =SUM(range)*24*60 and format this cell as number with 2 dp - Note that 16666.25, for example, would be equivalent to 16666 mins and 15 seconds. Hope this helps.
