Default regression

I am trying to predict a dependant amount based on several driver variables.
Do you know how I can do so using the regression data analysis tool? I was
able to use the tool to see predicted vs. actual values, but what if I don't
have an actual value. Additionally, I have a couple of drivers which are not
numerical, like "region" - US, Japan, Europe. Do you know how I can
incorporate this into my prediction. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated! Thank you!
