Default conditional formating

how do i set conditional formating so in the column which show gender i will
have M for male and F for female

Default conditional formating

Conditional Formatting only allows fromatting to highlight the condition.

It cannot show M if you type male in a cell.

If your want the "M" or "F" hightlighted ina cell, CF will do the job.

CFCondition1 Cell Value equal to "M"

Format as Red

AddCondition2 Cell Value equal to "F" format as green

If I have misinterpreted, ignore or post back.
