Default Conditional formate:show by color when expiration dates are overdu

I am creating a chart that in one column shows the intervals (by month) of
the specific task that is to be renewed by. Then I have a completed date row
and a due Date row. I would like the due date cells to change red and to
display yellow text saying overdue, when that task is past the interval of
the completion date

PLease help thanks
