Default Importing from Excel Sheet Problem

Hi,

I have made many Excel sheets that needed to import from other Excel
spreadsheets and then just built a macro that refreshes the data (for
the Excek query from the other sheet) amongst other things.

Only one of the spreadsheets has this recurring problem of not
refreshing correctly. The data keeps copying the last refreshed data to
the columns to the right and then refreshing the actual data in the
normal area. The problem with this is that the sheet is getting really
wide in terms of the number of columns (which is filled in with
previously refreshed data).

I don't know why this problem is occuring. I'm not sure if I explained
it clearly enough, if not let me know and I will try to explain my
problem again.

Thanks in advance.
