I have a workbook containing 8 worksheets. After setting up all the sheets, a
new change was added to one that needs to be duplicated in all. This is a look/feel change only, doesn't affect any formulas or usability of the chart. Rather than go into each individual sheet and add columns, duplicate cell width, etc., is there a quick way to copy the format to all sheets at once? I tried format painter, but it didn't work. |

You can try grouping all 8 worksheets. Just hold Ctrl key while you click
each sheet tab to group them. Then whatever you do to one sheet, it will also be done to the other 7. -Simon "JLW" wrote: I have a workbook containing 8 worksheets. (You can tell I'm a "self-taught" user, as I'm sure this little tip would be a part of any workshop!) I really appreciate the fast response - I've already implemented it and impressed my boss at the same time! Thanks! |

Select first sheet tab.
Right-click on tab and "Select all sheets" Make your changes to active sheet and will be done to all. Ungroup when happy.
