Default HOW TO ARRANGE NAMES & ADDRESSES SAME LINE ALPHA?

I HAVE A LIST OF CONTRACTORS NAMES, ADRESSES, PHONE, FAX NUMBERS AND I WANT
TO ALPHABETISE THEM BUT WHEN I DO THE ADDRESSES GET ALPHA. BY CITY AT THE
END. I WANT THE WHOLE LINE CARRIED WITH THE ALPH. NAME. IS THIS POSSIBLE AND
HOW DO I DO IT? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi light all of your data then sort by Name only and it should bring all the
proper data along with the names.

(by the way, all caps can be seen to be shouting on forums and is not
encouraged.)
