Default Using a data validation list to look up a defined named range in another worksheet

I am attempting to create a dynamic report which allows me to select a
specified date from a list and automatically updates itself.

To do this I have created a workbook with two worksheets named Template
and Data.

In the data worksheet I have lots of data that has been collated over
many months. I defined the dates within the worskeet using the define
name dialog box. In the template worksheet I then used the data
validation function to create a list which would allow me to select a
specified date from the named range.

This function initially worked but has for some reason 'broken'!

Any tips would be much appreciated.
