-- I've made a series of nine excel files, each with a couple columns of
~200 rows of integer data and a single simple chart. Individually, these
files are all around 50kb, but when I combine all the data and charts into a
single excel file, the file size balloons to 4.5 megabytes. The data on it's
own is only about 200 kb, while the charts are ~4.4 mb (I copied and pasted
into a new file). I also tried breaking the excel links, which only reduced
the size about 300 kb. Does anyone know what's going on? Charts should
definitely not take up so much space.
