This one will do the trick for an ISO WEEK number in the cell:
=INT((L2-DATE(YEAR(L2-WEEKDAY(L2-1)+4);1;3)+WEEKDAY(DATE(YEAR(L2-WEEKDAY(L2-1)+4);1;3))+5)/7)
