I don't know where the Print Area settings are in Excel 2007, but I think
from some of the 2003 to 2007 crib sheets that it's accessible via "Page
Layout" and "Page Setup".
Some hints on 2003 to 2007 command mapping:

which settings specifically? When my print settings are 100%, it shows
that
it will print on 4 pages. when I choose 1 page wide and 1 page long, the
scale changes to less that 100% but the size of the preview picture
changes
to a small view. It doesn't squeeze the printout to fit.
This specific file used to work on this computer. I've either downloaded
an
"update" or changed a setting somewhere. It is not limited to this file
either.

Have you checked your setting of print area?

somehow something has changed in my Excel 2007 setup where my "fit to
scale"
does not work appropriately. When I choose print preview, the preview
screen
changes to a very small preview and my document is a few thousand
pages.
This document used to print fine on one page. Even on my other
computer
it
prints fine.
The funny thing is, when I change it back to 100% scale the preview is
large
again but still cuts off a few columns.
I must have changed some setting that I need to reset but cannot find
it.
Any help is appreciated.
