Guess what!!!!! Now for some reason it works!!!! I believe it is because I
am now using the mouse to select the first cell up top left. A1... maybe I
had not become an active part of the worksheet? (by selecting / inserting
into a cell????)

Hi kb,

Control+a, control+c, select the sheet you wish to paste into, control+v.
Headers and Footers will not be transferred with this method.
