Yes, Excel offers several options.

Depending on your data, you could first look at Excel's charting trendline
options. After you create a chart, click on it once. Then go to the
standard toolbar and select Chart - Add Trendline.

Next, this site shows how to calculate a best fit line via linear regression
calculations:

Finally, take a look at Excel's INDEX, LINEST, and CORREL functions. Also,
if you have the Analysis ToolPak installed, Excel will calculate all of the
regression coefficients for you.
