Ali,

For the ID apply a custom format of
000
to the cell and then Data|Validation, Select whole number-between and set it
to 1 to 999.

For the date cell apply a custom format of ddmmyyyy and set data validation
as above but this time only to accept dates.

- If i input more than 3 digits in the column "ID", there should pop up a
warning

- If my Data format is incorrect (anything other than "ddmmyyyy"), it
should pop pup a warning or something
