What if you don't want to copy the entire sheet, but just want the top few
rows, to use like a header, with specific column widths, and specific row
heights that are different? This method will not work. Even
selecting/copying the rows, with the format painter, will only get the row
height, but not the column widths.

Select the sheet using ctrl + a, then copy and paste, if you have formulas
that you don't want to link to the original sheet replace the = in the
formulas with a unique string like r=, thendo the copying and paste, then
reverse and replace r= with = on both sheets
