From the €œSave As€� dialogue box, click the €œSave as type€� dropdown arrow and
select €œWebpage€�. The €œSave as webpage€� dialogue box will appear. Try it.

I think there must be an option turned off somewhere. I am using Excel 2003
(student version) and I installed a customized version of it. I don't have
the option to reinstall it.
