Default DATA ALIGNMENT- NEW USER REQUIEST HELP;

I have data (about 60x25) with each column having data for
particular expenses, but not all expenses. I want to arrange
the data so each row only has that particular expense.

My Data:

EXP # HOUSE A HOUSE B HOUSE C
Exp# $ Exp# $ Exp# $
1 1 10.00 2 $16.00 1 $20.00
2 2 5.00 4 $18.00 3 $15.00
3 4 12.00
4

I want a report to look like:

EXP # HOUSE A HOUSE B HOUSE C


1 10.00 20.00
2 5.00 16.00
3 15.00
4 12.00 18.00
