I have a range in my Excel spreadsheet where the user can enter data.
This range is V23:S28. For each row, I want to stop them from entering
data in the corresponding row for this range when a required field in
column B has not been entered. For example, if a user enters a value
in V23 and cell B23 is blank, then I want to issue a warning message
and not allow the data to be entered. Is there a way to do this using
data validation?
