Default How do I turn off "cannot load speech recognition ..." message?

I use Excel 2002 under XP Home. I eternally get the warning,
"Microsoft Excel can't load Speech Recognition files."
which is a big pain as I have no use for speech recognition.
Is there some way to disable this warning?

Default How do I turn off "cannot load speech recognition ..." message?

I have the same problem using Excel 2003 SP2, Professional Edition--if I have
Excel open, every time I click on an open spreadsheet the same message
appears. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does occur, it won't
stop until I restart Windows.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
