Default FV Formula

Results of Property Investment
Dollars Invested $1,750,000
Years Holding Property 3
Investment Growth Rate (6 Months) 15%

Value of Investment in 3 Years $5,315,898
Formula I used: =FV(B20/12,B19,-B18,,0)

I can't figure out where does the 6months fit in the equation. Can someone
assist?

Hi,

I presume they mean the the 6 month rate is 15% so the monthly rate would be
15%/6
