No you have to buy Excel and install it, you can download
a trial version from MS web site

If you only need to see the file, you can use an excel viewer.
you can download it at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=EN
But it is supposed to only read 97 and 2000 versions. I'm not sure if there
is one available for other versions
As of other things:
1) Don't write in CAPS, it makes it difficult to read and it's equivalent to
SHOUTING!!!
2) It is Windows Xp Home Edition, not Addition
3) It is Excel, not Excell

The viewer will read 2002 and 2003 files also.

You may be able to use OpenOffice (free for the download or a small price for
the CD).

(http://www.openoffice.org, a 60-65 meg download or a CD)
