Default Workbook naming

From: "Ron de Bruin"
You can't
It must be saved

But there has to be a way...When Excel opens a workbook it
gives it a name without saving the workbook. Therefore
there must be code somewhere within Excel that can assign
a name withoug saving the workbook. Can't I use an API
call or something to call that code manually? There has
to be a way to name it without saving it.

Anyone know how to do this?
