Default Return Column Header from an Index/array, finding Large with a userinput date

I'm looking for the brand name of the largest sales. I have a function I can use if I know the row I am searching for, but this will change based on a user date.

bmw ford lexus mercedes
201201 5 6 3 15
201202 8 6 4 7
201203 10 9 5 11
201204 12 6 3 9

Worksheet is 24 rows by 100+ columns, I need the first largest, 2nd largest, etc for a user input date. So, someone wants the top 5 brands for 201206, then wants to compare to 201201 2 minutes later, we have that input in A1 on another sheet. Any help? Also, using excel in a different language so VBA is mostly out of the question.

Thanks
