When trying to open Excel 2010 file "Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications."
Anyone else having this issue?

This is a memory capacity issue!

How large is the file being opened?
If enormous, it probably needs to be rebuilt!
How much RAM do you have?
How often do you restart your computer?
How often do you do a memory dump?
