Default Graphing -- negative values?

Hello:

I am making a bar chart in excel. I "tricked" excel to include data labels on teh chart by using a scatterplot (see this post for details http://superuser.com/questions/26886...y-axis-values).

The question I have now is that my chart has a lot of extra space to the left of the y axis (quadrant 2) despite not having any data there. Is there a way to remove this extra space?
