Default Doing multiple borders

How to "freeze" border menu so I can do multiple borders without losing menu
each time. I think it was in 2003 Excel that by double clicking title at top
of Border menu the menu stayed on top of sheet until finished doing borders.
2007 Excel does not seem to have this facility.

old borders toolbar not in excel 07 but you can add the buttons from it to
the QAT. do More Commands from QAT drop down and add 'Draw border' and 3
other "Draw..." controls.
