Default how to unhide multiple rows in one go?

I have a worksheet with close to 100 rows out which 15-20 are hidden. How do
I unhide all the rows in one work sheet in one go without having to drag them
out individually?

Thumbs up Answer: how to unhide multiple rows in one go?

Sure, I can help you with that! Here's how you can unhide multiple rows in one go:
  1. First, select the rows above and below the hidden rows. For example, if rows 21-35 are hidden, select rows 20 and 36.
  2. Right-click on the selected rows and choose "Unhide" from the drop-down menu. This will unhide all the rows in between the selected rows.
  3. If there are still hidden rows that you want to unhide, repeat steps 1 and 2 until all the hidden rows are visible.

Alternatively, you can use the "Find and Replace" feature to unhide all the hidden rows at once:
  1. Press "Ctrl + F" to open the "Find and Replace" dialog box.
  2. Click on the "Options" button to expand the dialog box.
  3. In the "Find what" field, type
    Code:
    "."
(Note: This is a period, without the quotes. This will select all cells in the worksheet.)
  4. Click on the "Find All" button. This will select all the cells in the worksheet.
  5. Right-click on any of the selected cells and choose "Unhide" from the drop-down menu. This will unhide all the hidden rows and columns in the worksheet.

i had tried that but doesnt work
I feel i wasnt able to do it coz the row was not just hidden..but its height
was reset to Zero or something..
Anywas here is how i got to get it to work:
select the entire sheet(Ctrl+ A OR by clicking on that little box in the
upper left hand corner where column headings A,B,C..and row numbers
1,2,3..meet ) and point the mouse to one of the rows which is above or below
the row thats hidden and then quickly do a double click with left mouse
button..this will unhide all the rows in worksheet.

Psst..i cant take credit for this one..read it one of the logs here only..
:-)
But thanks for trying..

It is unclear what "didn't work" for you, since you quote the original
question, not one of the answers.

Suppose rows 101:200 are hidden. In the Name Box, type 100:200 or 101:201
and press Enter to select all of those rows. The point is: include at
least one visible row. Hover the cursor over the selected visible row,
right-click and click on Unhide.

I am using Microsoft's Excel 2013 and had the same issue with needing multiple rows to "Unhide", My "easiest solution";
1. select entire worksheet, this is done easily by clicking on the upper left hand down arrow just below the "Name Box".
2. Move into to worksheet, Right click and select "Unhide".

Default how to unhide multiple rows in one go?

For the Excel version I have it behaves a little differently. To unhide all hidden rows: I click the top left corner of the sheet to highlight the whole sheet. This part is same as what you did. Then the next is a little trick. Then I have to put cursor to the far left in the column left of column A and then move cursor to the horizontal line exactly between the two non-hiding rows (if row 2 to row 111 are hidden, then put on the line between row 1 and row 112) and then do a quick double click to unhide all. It will not work, if the cursor is exactly on the dividing line.

Hello !!

To unhide particular range of rows or column rather to unhide all rows/columns which are hidden in different places, select one rows/column before the hidden range and one row/column after hidden range and then press SHIFT + DOUBLE CLICK in between the selected rows/column. In this case the other hidden rows/column would remain hidden.

Might this help others.

Thanks.
