Default Format divide by 10 / single digit view: Custom? Text(Round(

060627 Format divide by 10 / single digit view: Custom? Text(Round(

Hi, Trying to format the view of a number that ranges from -100 to 1000.
using a single digit / column width view. basically want numbers to be
divided by 10 for single digit view. (else numbers <0 or 100 will be #
signs, is what is wanted). (thanks)

basic formula: =IF(BS9="","",(CJ9-CH9)/(CI9-CH9)*100)

basic answer is dividing above by 10, but is there a way to just change the
view so other equations are not affected?

=IF(BS9="","",TEXT(ROUND((CJ9-CH9)/(CI9-CH9)*100,-1),"#"))

PROBLEM: 100 shows as a single digit, or: 1
Was not getting anywhere with CUSTOM Formatting.
Is that a possiblity? couldn't get /10 to save life. just /1000 with
comma's.

Trying to get away from many columns of 1000's of lines of the following:

=IF(OR(BS9="",BS9<0.02),"",
IF(AN9<=$BI$7,IF($BI$7<10,$BI$7/1,$BI$7/10),
IF(OR(AN9=$BI$1,AND(AN9<($BI$3-0.5),AN12BI$5),(CJ12-CH12)/(CI12-CH12)*100,
IF(AN12<=($BI$6+0.5),$BI$6/10,
IF(AN12<=($BI$5+0.5),$BI$5/10,
IF(AN12<=($BI$4+0.5),$BI$4/10,
IF(AN12<=($BI$3+0.5),$BI$3/10,
IF(AN12<=($BI$2+0.5),$BI$2/10,
IF(AN12<=($BI$1+0.5),$BI$1/10,
))))))))))
