Default Productivity Statistics

I am using the following formula to calculate a statistic for employee #5274:

=COUNTIFS(July!$G$3:G120,5274,July!$I$3:I120,"8/1/2015")+COUNTIFS(August!$G$3:G120,5274,August!$I$3: I120,"8/1/2015")

Is there any way to make excel automatically change the date "8/1/2015" to the next sequential date "8/2/2015". I have tried to drag the formula from one cell to the next, but that just changes my ending ranges from G120 and I120 to G121 and I121 respectfully.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
