Opening an Outlook public folder from Excel using a command button...
Looking for a way to open a specific outlook folder when a user clicks
on a command button in Excel. If Outlook is not currently running, I also need the code to launch Outlook and then go to the specified folder. Is this possible? Anyone any ideas please? Many thanks for your time. Rob. |

Opening an Outlook public folder from Excel using a command button...
My macro knowledge isn't great, but an alternative option may be to create a hyperlink. (This is something that I use regularly and works for me). I am assuming that the public folder is always available. Copy the hyperlink address in outlook then insert the hyperlink to a cell in excel. I'm sure someone will come up with the coding sooner or later, but for the time being this might work just as well for you. -- jujuwillis ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jujuwillis's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=2123 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=391246 |
