Unhappy Subtracting rounded numbers

I have a formula that calculates paypal fees from an item sold. It takes the total, multiplies by .029 (2.9%) and adds 30 cents. ie =C12*.029+.30 It calculates ok, and rounds properly. The issue is, I then take my original sales total and subract the paypal fee and come up with a net total in another column. When it subtracts the paypal fee, the rounding is causing me problems. ie $29.50 (total) minus the paypal fee $.49 = $29.02 (rather than $29.01) How do I get it to subtract the rounded number and not the extended decimal?
