Default excel 2007 create scatter directly on new page

In 2003 and earlier, when I created a scatter plot, I had *at the time of
creation* to either place the plot on the current sheet or as a new
sheet. In 2007, I can't figure out how to *create* a plot on a new
sheet. I know I can move it to a new sheet after I create it, but that's
a PITA. What am I missing?
