Default Excel 2003 navigation

I have a new installation of Excel 2003. Currently, the arrow keys shift the
entire worksheet. I do not want this and would like to know how to make the
arrow keys navigate (move) from cell to cell. What setting must I change?

Thom, try and turn off scroll lock on your key board
