Default Custom Header

Is it possible to reference just part of the file name or use a formula in
the custom header field?

I want to make part of the Custom Header so that it references the Month
from the file name.
For example: File Name - InvoiceUploadDec04Roch
Custom Header: Invoice Upload
Dec 04

Only through a macro. Record one to get the syntax for setting a header
through code.
