Is there a way to copy and paste several rows of information and formulas,
without pasting the hidden rows that lye in between?

Select your range, then choose Edit/Goto/Special and select the Visible

Also available as a toolbar button (a box with 4 filled in black rectangles)
tools, customize, commands, edit (on left), Visible Cells only
drag the icon to the toolbar.

Also available as a shortcut: Alt+; (semi-colon)

Then use your Copy (ctrl+c) and Paste (ctrl+v)
