Default Need assistance with cell formatting

I have inherited a template and need to make one major adjustment to the
cells. I have several merged cells that are left aligned and wrap as text
is entered. However, after three lines of text, the remainder is hidden
beneath the other cells. I need these cells to adjust and expand to show all
text entered without changing the integrity of the worksheet. Please help.
