Default Req Formula to place 1 into next columns

If I have the number 4 in column 'A' row 1, what formula do I need to
place a '1' into the next four columns (representing each of the 4 days
in column 'A'). I need to have a formula that would work from 0-9

Any help would be useful
Regards
stge

I think this may work for you

=IF(COLUMN(A1)<=$A1,1,"")

Put in B1 and copy across to column J and down as many rows as needed
