a problem with dates in February and March and forgets to count one
month.

Bernie's solution seems to be complete and correct.

Thanks for the feedback.

It failed on any dates where DAY(A1) DAY(B1).

You can try :

=(DATEDIF(A1,B1,"m")+(DAY(A1)DAY(B1))-DAY(A1)/(32-DAY(A1-DAY(A1)+32))+
DAY(B1)/(32-DAY(B1-DAY(B1)+32)))*1000

If this one fails, I'd appreciate if you'd let me know for which dates (and the
expected results).
