Default How do i change the numbering shceme of my rows?

I have a list of names and addresses in a workbook. I would like to make row
1 where my list begins after my title and heading rows. How do i change what
is currently row 1 to roman numeral i so that my data begins at row1

?

You can't change the built-in row numbers. You could use row headings in
column A.
