Default Do any newer versions of Excel (2003 or XP) offer more than 65,53.

I need to summarize global inventories from mutliple countries and the data
exceeds 65,000 records.

If I could store 125,000 records - Pivot tables would give me all I need.

I prefer not to goto Access unless I have to......

Answer is no, but just use Access to store your data and do all your Pivot
Analysis from Excel using Data / Get External data. I literally use Access as a
storage bucket for the data when I have that many rows to play with. Don't even
need to try creating the Pivot Table in Access and exporting, just do everything
from Excel.
