Default Saving Charts to .htm

I need some assistance with something critical.

Here is what I'm trying to do:

1. I have a worksheet with charts

2. Want to save this worksheet as a webpage

3. I want to be able to NAME the filename on my own via a input box or
cell reference from another worksheet in a different workbook.

4. Then save this new webpage file to a particular location that
requires username/pwd to access too. Such as FTPing the file to a
certain location.

For example,

I want to take workbook1.sheet1; save it as a .html file with the
filename = to "whatever I choose" or by referencing
workbook2.sheet1.cell(A1); then saving this file to //server/folder
which requires username/pwd to access.

If this can be, would be AWESOME!!! Thanks.

Jason
