Default EXCELL TO BURN TO CD

I am the PC Administrator of my home office and I need to find out how to set
up permission so that I can burn my excel files to cd. I do not want to use
my systems memory up by saving these files to HD.

There wouldn't be any permissions that you need to set.
Generally you can't save straight onto a CD from most applications , you
would have to save the Excel file onto your harddrive and then either copy
the files to your CD using windows explorer or the CD burning package you use.
