Default Copying and Pasting from One Sheet to Another

I have two sheets in my spreadsheet, and I copy rows from sheet one to sheet
two. Each sheets cells have different formatting (i.e. different fonts, font
size, color etc). When I copy from Sheet One and paste into Sheet Two, the
formatting does not convert over to Sheet Two's format, it stays in the
format defined in Sheet One. Is there some way that when I paste into Sheet
Two, the data gets converted into the format in Sheet Two?

Thanks

One way to do this is with "Edit" - "Paste Special" - "Values". The paste
will not change the cell formating.
