Default PivotTable toolbar missing?

Hello,

Apologies if this is the wrong forum, not sure if this is a setup issue
or not yet. Running Office XP SP3 on a Citrix server. Issue is within
Excel. The Pivottable toolbar is missing from the list in customize and
I do not see any way to add it in.
Was this something that had to be checked off at setup time of office?
Can this not be added after the fact? Is it a matter of running the CMW?
Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!

Mike.
