Default How to keep first row in spreadsheet

How can I keep my first row on my spreadsheet? For instance, row 1 will
always stay on even when I'm scrolling down it.

Select A2 and click on WindowFreeze Panes" to freeze Row 1

To freeze column A also select B2.
