How do I change my tab button to move right one cell at a time?

Why not just use your pinky on the right arrow key?

Go into ToolsOptionsTransition and uncheck "Transition Navigation Keys".

If that doesn't work, perhaps you have a protected sheet with the TAB key
moving to unlocked cells.
