Default Use color for delete column or cell icons

I find color to be extremely helpful to me. In all of my Office applications
I edit my delete columns or cells icons to change the icon color from blue to
red for the delete functions. On my toolbar I can immediately identify the
delete vs add by the color. I also do this with the reduce decimal places.
The visual que of the arrow just doesn't give me the same instant recognition
that the color red provides.

I recommend that Microsoft implement color differences for these type of
icons in addition to the arrows which are currently part of the icons.

Anyone wanting to make the change in the meantime, simply go to customise
toolbar, select the icon, and select edit botton. change the blue squares to
red squares. I actually change the entire space inside of the border to red
to make it really stand out.
