Default Unable to access my Excell 2003

When I try to open Exel, I get a message that it cannot find the following
file:
STD11N.MSI

Where do I find this file? I tried reloading but it did not work

hi,
if reloading didn't do it, i would then suspect a corupt disc. I would do a
print screen of the error, paste it into write or paint and print it out.
take it and the disc by to where you got it and get a un corrupt disc to load.
