Default How do I set up a 3 year business plan for a new company justific

I want an impessive spreadsheet with sales, operating costs incl. labour,
general overheads, transport etc showing projected profit.

You should look at Exl-Plan at <www.planware.org/exlplan.htm for a
fully-integrated spreadsheet based financial planner with projected
income statements, cashflows and balances.

For a business plan, you should generate cashflow forecasts and
projected balance sheets in addition to profit projections. In many
ways cashflow forecasts are more important than the profit projections
as more (new) businesses fail for lack cash than for want of profit.
